By Train:
The closest stations are located in Bussi, Popoli, and Sulmona, respectively. TUA busline serves all of these stations. Visit Trenitalia for timetables and tickets.
Car:
From both the east and west on the A25 take the Bussi-Popoli exit and then the SS153 to the SS602 to the main piazza of Capestrano.
As Capestrano is in an amazingly untouched part of the world, we strongly recommend renting a car due to the limited local public transportation to fully experience the area.
Orso offers car rentals in Sulmona.
Hertz offers car rentals in Chieti, Pescara and L’Aquila.
